 Since 2018, I’ve been a Tropic Ambassador, leading a team of 32 incredible women and helping customers discover skincare that truly transforms confidence. Pilates has been part of my life since 2009 - it healed my own back pain and inspired me to qualify as an instructor at 46, so I could help others feel strong in their bodies again.
