I’ve been a Tropic Ambassador since 2018, supporting a team of over 30 amazing women and helping customers find skincare that brings real results and renewed confidence.

Pilates has been part of my world since 2009, helping me overcome back pain and reconnect with my body. Qualifying as an instructor at 46 felt like a natural next step - so I could help others feel strong, supported and empowered too.

Everything I offer - from skincare and Pilates to jewellery and gifting - is designed to help you feel your absolute best, inside and out.
